Health is priority.
After completing the ISSA weight management specialist course I became a professional trainer. Learning didn’t stop there as I continued with the Nutritionist certification and finally, Bodybuilding. It all ties together…
About me...
I enjoyed swimming, wakeboarding, hiking, dirt bikes, sewing and gardening. In 2000 I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune disease, aka the MonSter. Symptoms started in 1991 when I had extreme vertigo, then after that got better, my vision went 20/70 and was better about 3 months later.
I was put on medication the doctor said would slow the progression, not one that would get rid of it. There was no magic pill for this. The next twenty seven years started off good as I could still partake in activities. Slowly normal functioning got harder to do around 2011. I lost balance, the left side of me became numb. Relapsing/remitting is the first stage of the disease. I lived not knowing what would come next but always hoped it would just go away. It stayed and started to progress.
In 2015 I joined a California multiple sclerosis group, I was born there so it will be ok. I was amazed to see a man from California that traveled to Russia posting a video of a treatment called HSCT, hematopoietic stem cell transplant, to stop his multiple sclerosis. OMG! OK! I had to figure out how to do this! Multiple sclerosis had taken enough and I have had enough.
The research and then the fundraising began. In 2017 I was able to get rid of the MonSter.
Now I can use the tools I learned to assist others with their goals, gaining control of weight, diet and fitness. Starting is the hardest part, so, go to the main page and schedule a free consultation today!
